Adam Ramstedt is a 208 cm (6’10”) versatile center/power forward who has an outstanding all-around game. He is a skilled, smart, and well-coached player who keeps it very simple around the rim. Adams is outstanding in pick and roll slips where he has a great feel for spacing and avoids defense in simple finishes around the rim. On catches around the low post, Adam keeps the ball high and finishes strong with either hand. He runs the floor well and uses spacing to drive his man to the basket. In pick and pop action, Adam can also step outside and shoot mid-range and 3-point shots as a stretch 4/5. He is a very skilled and unselfish passer and guards enjoy playing with him. In addition, Adam welcomes physicality on defensive end and does an outstanding job in pick and roll defense, switch defense, and blocking shots with either hand. He can guard either power forwards or centers. Since 2017, Adam has been a member of Swedish Senior National Team. Thus far, Adam won 6 Swedish titles and 2 cups.

In December 2024, Adam signed to play for Icelandic champs, Valur. He averaged 12 points and 8 rebounds per game, and won the Icelandic Cup.

Until December, 2024, Adam played for Nantes in French Pro B League. He averaged 7 points and 4 rebounds per game.

During 2023/2024 season Adam played for Norrkoping in Sweden. He averaged 14 points and 8 rebounds per game, and he was named Defensive Player of the Year, Center of the Year, and Swedish League MVP. Norrkoping won the Swedish Cup and Swedish Title.

During 2022/2023 season, Adam played for Norrkoping in Swedish league and FIBA Europe Cup. They won another Swedish championship and the Cup. Adam averaged 11 points and 7 rebounds per game, and led the team in efficiency. This is Adam's 4th Swedish title. He was named 1st Team All-Swedish League selection.

During 2021/2022 season, Adam signed to play for Polish top division team, Gliwice. He averaged 7 points and 5 rebounds per game in 20 minutes of play and parted ways with Gliwice in late January of 2022. Then, Adam signed with his ex club Norrkoping where he won Swedish championship the season before. In May 2022, Adam won Swedish Championship with Norrkoping and was named 3rd Team All-Swedish Basketligan selection. He continues to represent Sweden by playing on Swedish National Team.

During 2020/2021, Adam played for Norrkoping Dolphins in Swedish top league. They won Swedish Championship and Adam was named MVP of Finals, Defensive Player of the Year, and 1st Team All-Swedish League selection. As a starter in 29 minutes per game, Adam averaged 12.2 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.6 blocks per game, and shot amazing 71% from the field and 36% behind the 3-point line. During 2019/2020 season Djurgarden Basket and Norrkoping Dolphins. He finished the season with Norrkoping Dolphins averaging 10.6 points and 7 rebounds per game. He began the season playing for Djurgarden Basket where he averaged 6.5 points and 5.4 rebounds per game. From 2015-2019, Adam played for another top Swedish team, Sodertalje Kings. During 2017/2018 season, Adam averaged 11 points and 7.6 rebounds per game. He won Swedish championships in 2016 and 2019 with Sodertalje. Below are his 2017/2018 highlights.
