Joshua Webster is a very quick and physical point guard who possesses a great overall skill set. Since he can either attack defenders off the dribble, make a mid-range pull up shots, or score in transition, defenders have a dilemma on how to guard him. Because of his ability to read defense well, he is tough to guard in pick-and-roll situations and one-on-one play. In addition to his scoring ability, he is an exceptional passer and a teammate. Because of his speed, footwork, and intelligence, he is a tough defender and rebounder. His greatest asset is that he is a fearless winner who always competes at the highest level and steps up his game against top teams and competition.
Joshua signed to play 2025 season with Soles in Mexican LNBP.
In January 2025, Joshua signed to play for Urunday in Uruguay. He averaged 17 points, 6 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.9 steals per game. Below are his highlights from the Uruguayan League.

During 2024 season, he first played for Soles in top Mexican LNBP and then for Chilean champs, Los Leones, in Basketball Champions League. As a starter, he averaged 9 points, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds for Soles and 11 points, 8 assists, and 4 rebounds for Los Leones.
During 2023/2024 season, Joshua averaged 14 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists for Gimnasia Indalo in Argentinean top league. Below are his highlights.
