Anthony Hilliard is a skilled, physical, and athletic scoring guard. He has the ability to create on his own, pass, and score, which helps him in pick and roll and one-on-one plays. Anthony can score off the dribble or coming off screens. He is an exceptional defender and is capable of pressuring guards full court, denying the ball, taking charges, getting steals, and fighting through screens. Because of his low stance, balance, toughness, anticipation, and discipline he is extremely hard to play against. In addition to being a great defender, he is a solid rebounder for a guard. Offensively, he keeps it simple using single moves, physicality, and athleticism to get by defenders. His 3-point shots, one-on-one game, and transition plays are his go-to offensive moves.

During 2024/2025 season, Anthony signed to play back with Malvin in Uruguay. He averaged 14 points and 5 rebounds per game, and Malvin made semi-finals of the Playoffs.

During 2023/2024 season, Anthony averaged 14 points and 4.5 rebounds for Malvin in Uruguay. After the season he signed to play playoffs for Obera in Argentina where he averaged 12 points and 4 rebounds per game.

During 2022/2023 season Anthony averaged 16.7 points and 4.6 rebounds for Malvin in Uruguay, and they made it to the semi-finals. After the season Anthony signed to play for Taranaki Airs in New Zealand until August 1, 2023. He averaged 15 points and 5 rebounds per game.

In September 2021, Anthony signed to play for the most accomplished Uruguayan club, Malvin. He finished the season averaging 14.5 points and 4.2 rebounds per game.

In January 2021, Anthony signed with Finish team, Kauhajoki Karhu. He finished the season averaging 12.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game. Kauhajoki Karhu finished the regular season in second place and lost in the Finals. He averaged 15 points and 5 rebounds in Finish Playoffs.

During 2019/2020 season in FIBA Europe Cup, Anthony averaged 9 points and 2.3 rebounds per game for one of the top Portuguese teams, Benfica.

During 2018/2019 season, Anthony played for Le Portel in French top Pro A league. He averaged 13 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists per game. Prior to this season, Anthony played for Enisey in VTB league and averaged 12 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 3.5 assists.

During 2016/2017 season, he averaged 12.5 points, and 4 rebounds for M. Rishon in Israeli top league. During the same season Anthony played for Enisey in VTB and averaged 11 points and 3.3 rebounds per game in VTB.

In 2015/2016, he averaged 14.5 points and 6 rebounds for Tsmoki-Minsk in VTB. Prior to it during 2014/2015 season, he played in Finland/VTB with Bisons. He averaged 14.5 points and 5 rebounds in VTB and 17 points and 6 rebounds in Finish league.

In the beginning of his career, Anthony played for Antibes in French Pro A and Pro B leagues. With Antibes, he won French Pro B league and averaged 17points and 5 rebounds per game.

Before his two season for Antibes in France, he played for Artland Dragons in German top BBL league (7ppg), and in Belgium for Okapi Aalstar (15ppg & 7rpg) and VOO Verviers-Pepinster (13ppg & 6.4rpg).
